CM Sankalp user accounts are being migrated to HimAccess Single Sign-On (SSO)
for a secure and unified login experience.
♦ Migration Process:
- Enter your existing CM Sankalp username & password. After successful authentication:

Enter Your Existing HimAccess ID / Govt. email ID onboarded on HimAccess. →
After OTP verification, your CM Sankalp account will be linked
with HimAccess ID.

Don’t have a HimAccess ID / Govt. email ID onboarded on HimAccess →
A new HimAccess ID will be created during the migration process and mapped with
your CM Sankalp account.
♦ Login Options after Migration:

Employees with Govt. email ID registered on HimAccess → Use the
Parichay option for login.

Employees with HimAccess ID (@himaccess.hp.gov.in) → Directly enter
username and password to login.
♦ New Feature : Delegate Account Option ♦

An option has been added in the CM Sankalp portal for L3 and L4 officers
to delegate their account access to another officer after login.
